ATKV Natalia - ********* Behaviour on REFUNDS!!!

So imagine when you book online and 14hrs later you have to cancel due to your husbands leave being canceled. And you let ATKV Natalia know - when on the booking form you specifically paid extra for FREE Cancelation and the T&C of the company you booking through is 10-14 days refunds on amounts paid. Then you get this mail from ATKV Natalia : Good day **** Please email a bank confirmation letter to pay the money back It will take up to 6 weeks for the refund Kind regards Zelda So imagine that they just change the 10-15 days agreed to on Agoda to 6 weeks and a few lines to confirm that. What a cheek ATKV Natalia and ANY of their other sites will never see me as it is clear they are cash strapped and don't have any ethics to honour their suppliers Terms and Conditions and make up their own along the way.

BEWARE OF BOOKING on any of the Bookings.com or Agoda Sites with ATKV as they change the T&C as they see fit.
