We have booked our vacation in january for march from the 7th of march untill the 11th of march.

I am verry unhappy with the service i have recived.

When i have arrived to book in to the apartment they stated they still busy clraning and sanitizing the apartment.

On the first night when i opend the cupboards to make use of the self catering utensils i have found cocroaches all over the utensils and in the cuboards with the plates and the pots.

The next day 3 busses arrived at the loge full of school children.

I intended to have supper at the resturant as it has a on site resturant.

I arrived at the resturant just before 17:00 and i get told the kitchen is closed to cater for the mass kids that have arrived so sorry i may not order from the resturant. How can you not cater for people out of season with all the kids arriving but when its in season you are able to produce food for thousands of people a day in the mentiond times that is in the pamphlets in each and every room.

When i spoke to a manager regarding my issue she stated they are all paying clients so disregarding that i have saved and payed aswell to be here.

With no food to eat after 17:00 as the resturant is closed for the mass kids i have to go out of the premises to buy food or get food because it is impossible to cater for me as im a paying client but my money is apparently not good enough.

The manager states a sms was sent out regarding the times of the resturant has changed due to the mass kids arriving. I have spokrn to a number of people also here at the resort and also stated no msg was recived from the ATKV stating the times have changed.

House keeping is up to nonsens as the rooms are meant to be cleaned every day first thing in the morning i have left my room and gone to the beach and had lunch. When i returned my room still has not been touched with a cleaning cloth aroung 13:00 a cleaning lady arrived to clean the room if she spent 5 mins in the room to clean thats alot.

I give this place ZERO stars as you have to give one star to be able to write a reviewe.

Kids arrived at the resort and were all in the pool instantly i dont mind the kids also enjoying themselfs but removing other guests and my personal belonging from chairs to make space for their stuff is not acceptable.

When all the kids left the pool it was left in a state that no other person wanted to swim as the pool had a smell of urine in it and there was hair pieces / loose hair floating around the pool.

When i enterd the stairs leading to my unit yet more hair pieces were laying around again.

Where are the cleaners to clean up the mess in the pool or on the site.

After this experience i am considering canceling my ATKV Membership.
