ATKV Lede-The worse service

I have app**** to become a member in August this year and 2 days later they tried debiting me when i requested for my debit to be taken in Sept (yearly fee).

Then twice a MONTH they debit me leaving my account in a minus and i have sent Sanele & ATKV Lede an email for a manager to call me numerous times but its been 1 month later and not 1 single person had called me or responded to my email to cancel the membership and i even requested for the monthly payment to be taken and to my surprise, they debited my account 2days ago of R1350 leaving my account in a further overdraft and nobody wants to take responsibility for my bank fees.

The worse service from ATKV Lede when they are so called the "BEST".
