ATKV Hartenbos Waterpark

Waterpark unsafe due to poor Management and insufficient Manning. My daughter was injured as their were no staff / lifesaver on duty at the top of the waterslides. The staff at the park confirmed that they were understaffed and that they are subjected to retaliation from management when they complain about it. Spoke to Resort Manager telephonically and he admitted he did not have the neccessarry staff on duty but would resolve the issue within the coming days. Yet the park was open and fully operational while the management knew he didnt have the neccessary staff on duty. Issue was reported to National Head Office and case was closed without any further investigation.
