ATKV HARTENBOS PRETPARK

We visited the pretpark on Sunday and at the gate the lady had a bad attitude. She didnt greet back and simply asked how many people we are. We also had to wait 20min at the chip n dip stand for someone to come and help us. I then went back to the gate to ask someone to assist and the same lady answered me that they are short staffed because of people not showing up for work. I told her that that is not my problem and ATKV should handle the issue. At the chip n dip stand the person helping us also had an attitude. ATKV should really focus on customer management.
