ATKV Hartenbos

I have always visited the ATKV holiday resort. I have rece recently booked in hartenbos atkv and my experience was terrible firstly we all know about the ****** that took place in North West atkv buffel****rt so one would be on high alert always with that kept in mind I got to my chalet only to find that my front door would not lock my bathroom window was faulty with no locks and no bolts as well as the living room window so having that said I had to lock my front door with a broom I had to secure the bathroom window with a rope there were no visibility of security at night there were people in the chalet next to us having a big party with lots of people up until what time in the morning and I just think that this is very unacceptable so we decided to go to the main office where I must say the staff is very welcoming so we decided once they had to book a different chalet and while we there to make use of the facility as advertised to go and visit the museum so once we booked a different chalet we went to the museum only to find that it's closed I actually took a picture I'm standing in front of a closed door during business hours with that said we waited and waited and eventually when we got back to reception to enquire about our different chalet for the third time it was still not ready I immediately cancelled the rest of my stay and would not recommend atkv hartenbos at all
