ATKV Hartenbos

ATKV Hartenbos phoned us in March 2023 and offer us a stand at C Block for the period 1October to 30 November. After we have paid they let us know we are moved to Block E next to the river because Block C was closed, when we arrived Block C was not closed but full of caravans and campers. When we query this we were told all pensioners and long standing campers must move to E. This is unacceptable, we ask them specifically for a stand away from the sea, we are now closing our account at ATKV, this is not acceptable after you have paid the full amount you are treated this way and we are not the only ones. Maybe they should get a new terrain manager.
