Worst service!!!! I have been trying to confirm my booking at the resort for over 7 days. They've put me on hold. Have not rep**** to my emails. One of the receptionist even refused to give me their name. Or a reference for the call. The reservation has still not been confirmed No one gets back to you and when they do. They are so unapologetic as though they are doing you a favor taking you call.
