ATKV from bad to worst!

It would appear that ATKV has gone from bad to worst. 2 years+ ago, no problems, good service (online and via telephone), but now website identifying me as non-member, contacting via telephone, to hold on for almost an hour, requesting them to call me via watchapp request, but no cigar! The website even has a Nightbridge online booking service, so obviously and improvement, but cannot understand the reason why "all our agent are currently very busy" - something has gone wrong major! I will also reverse my membership fee debit order if put through by ATKV, as they currently recognize me as a non-member and contemplating stopping my membership after decades with them!
