ATKV day visitor policy.

Satuday 10 June my hubby and I traveled the approximately 120km from PMB to Amanzimtoti to visit their Natalia resort. On reviewing the day visitor policy on their website, we checked to avoid month end, long weekend and school holidays coming just to be turned away at the gate with Comrades as the reason for not allowing non- members. The attitude from the gentleman at the gate was appalling to say the least and his statement very clear - it is not full but because of the Comrades they will only allow members as day visitors for the weekend. Absolutely ridiculous! So if this is the attitude when are we supposed to visit to have a look at the facilities etc should you want to stay overnight? I have previously stayed at the Drakensville resort and it was an absolute pleasure. I send an email to ATKV upon arriving back home stating my disgust only to have the day visitor policy attached on the reply. I politely rep**** that I did review and understood and explained my reasons for the email and my absolute dissatisfaction only now to be ignored. I cannot believe that they are this arrogant and do not need "new" business. Absolutely crazy!
