ATKV BUFFEL****RT

On Friday I canceled my booking and then they asking my banking details so i send it to them. Today is Monday so i ask when will i receive my payment so the lady told me they only do payments on Friday.. But Friday when i send them all my details they did not refund me... So now i must wait until Friday. That is so poor service from that resort.
