****MER ALERT!!!!!!

Do not ever purchase from Bowtiqi.co.za or Bowtiqi by Sam. On 17 April 2026, I was selling a perfume on Samantha De Klerk's WhatsApp group (trade and sell). It was Shahoor Platinum. She advised that she would like to purchase it. She then asked whether I would like to exchange the Shahoor Platinum for one of the perfumes on her website (bowtiqi.co.za). I chose Sugarcane Vanilla. On the same WhatsApp group she was selling second hand perfumes and I purchased a perfume called Pinkling from her on 18 April 2026. Payment was made to her on 19 April 2026. As agreed, I sent her the Shahoor Platinum to her chosen Pudo Locker on 20 April 2026. On 25 April 2026 I received a notification from the Courier Guy that my parcel had been delivered to Vanderbijlpark. I contacted the Courier Guy and was advised that the sender of the parcel is Samantha De Klerk. I contacted De Klerk and advised her that she sent the parcel to the wrong address as I am in Durbanville, Cape Town. She undertook to "sort it out". On 4 May 2026, I asked De Klerk for an update to which she rep**** that she will follow up with the Courier Guy. On 11 May 2026, I again asked for an update. Again she stated that she would follow up and then advised that the parcel is no longer her responsibility once it is with the courier service and that I should sort it out myself. On 18 May 2026, I requested her for a refund as I still had not received the parcel from her. She advised that she does not offer refunds. Again, she would supposedly follow up with the Courier Guy in Vanderbijlpark. As at date hereof, I have still not received my parcel despite having paid for it and providing her with the perfume she ordered from me. De Klerk will take your money and your perfume and you will receive nothing in return except excuses and tall tales.
