Do not ever purchase from Bowtiqi.co.za or Bowtiqi by Sam. On 17 April 2026, I was selling a perfume on Samantha De Klerk's WhatsApp group (trade and sell). It was Shahoor Platinum. She advised that she would like to purchase it. She then asked whether I would like to exchange the Shahoor Platinum for one of the perfumes on her website (bowtiqi.co.za). I chose Sugarcane Vanilla. On the same WhatsApp group she was selling second hand perfumes and I purchased a perfume called Pinkling from her on 18 April 2026. Payment was made to her on 19 April 2026. As agreed, I sent her the Shahoor Platinum to her chosen Pudo Locker on 20 April 2026. On 25 April 2026 I received a notification from the Courier Guy that my parcel had been delivered to Vanderbijlpark. I contacted the Courier Guy and was advised that the sender of the parcel is Samantha De Klerk. I contacted De Klerk and advised her that she sent the parcel to the wrong address as I am in Durbanville, Cape Town. She undertook to "sort it out". On 4 May 2026, I asked De Klerk for an update to which she rep**** that she will follow up with the Courier Guy. On 11 May 2026, I again asked for an update. Again she stated that she would follow up and then advised that the parcel is no longer her responsibility once it is with the courier service and that I should sort it out myself. On 18 May 2026, I requested her for a refund as I still had not received the parcel from her. She advised that she does not offer refunds. Again, she would supposedly follow up with the Courier Guy in Vanderbijlpark. As at date hereof, I have still not received my parcel despite having paid for it and providing her with the perfume she ordered from me. De Klerk will take your money and your perfume and you will receive nothing in return except excuses and tall tales.

Even if Delivery was delayed I am impressed
I bought from her Blind Bag sale and loved what I received definitely way more than what I paid for. Waiting period was a little long I the beginning but it seems to be improving for a single lady owned business she really delivered

This parfume lady is good for a small business. Sam @Bowtiekie know her fragrances. Yes, she were behind with her parcels but at the end of the day I received all and more. She keep me updated. She was open in all her live on TikTok and explain everything. Prices are the best, you know what you bought, AAA or originals. Terms and conditions, disclaimers were explaining everything. Thank you Bowtiekie by Sam for all my parfume and my shoes. My God bless you and your Business.

Excellent service & super reliable!
I had a fantastic experience with Bowtiekie by Sam. The service was friendly, professional, and you can really see the care that goes into every order. They are reliable and trustworthy, and everything was handled exactly as promised. My delivery arrived quickly and within the timeframe set out in the terms and conditions, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that keeps its word. In my opinion, the negative comments you might see do not reflect the true standard of this company. Sometimes people try to damage a solid, hardworking business, but my experience was nothing but positive. Thank you, Sam, for the awesome service. Keep up the great work!

It makes me so sad to see the reviews left on this business page. Bowtiekie is very clear with her waiting periods and she does inform her clients via social media platforms when orders are delayed. Please note that many of these reviews are also of actual business owners that ALSO sells perfumes and this is just a cheap jab to deter clients from another supplier. I myself bought from Bowtiekie MANY times, and yes, while the waiting period is long (which is made very clear on her page), the products I received has always been original and of good quality. It's also beautifully wrapped everytime. This is an independent woman that works by herself, be patient and know your packages will be sent out. I've always been happy with my orders, even if it means I need to wait a little bit longer. The quality has never been disappointing.

Don't ever buy from Bowtiekie
I have previously bought perfumes by Sam from Bowtiekie, and have not struggled to get my perfumes. Which obviously made me buy for the second time. Now i am struggling to get my stuff, everytime excuses, no answers. She said i could pick up Monday the 15th Dec, but till now nothing. And she refuse to give me a refund!! this products is Christmas presents, and now i wont have it in time! Or not at all, and it was not just R200. My total that i have bought for was R6000!!!! I was patient till now. I will take it further.
