Worst laptop ever

Asus vivobook. From recent advertising I recently purchased a vivobook and thought that this was a good brand. To my surprise, this laptop is the worst I have used. I needed it for work however immediately after switching on, the laptop has been extremely slow. After loading 1 or 2 application the laptop is not even usable. Every application takes a good couple of seconds to open. Right now, an update was needed, I have been waiting for exactly 3 hours and 21 minutes for the laptop to restart. My workplace isn't too happy as well.
