Worst customer service EVER .... ASUS SA

Extremely dissatisfied with the service of the on-site warranty team

The laptop I purchased was not even 2 months old and the SSD started being problematic. I reported this and it took almost a week to get someone to assist.

They installed the incorrect size of ssd and it took almost 3 weeks thereafter (taking into account it was december), the technician comes back installs the same side that originally gave me issues starting it was tested and nothing wrong.

As soon as the tech left, after one hour the machines started the same issue ...I've reported it however now I need to take it back to the shop as they saying that the warranty is only valid for VALID parts .....terrible service ....Dell or HP no issues
