Worst customer service, do not buy at ASUS.

The worst customer service I have ever received.

I bought a laptop on the website and then waited weeks for it to be delivered. I keep emailing and get no response. Only when I threatened them with lawyers they finally answer. I finally received my laptop which was faulty. I asked to send it back for repairs but also struggled for weeks to get replies. When I got it back it was still faulty.

I have now asked to get a refund, I waited for weeks to get a reply. Now they have collected the laptop and I have waited 3 weeks for the refund and not receiving any replies? This is theft.

Can anybody help me, ASUS is not answering any of my emails?
