Very bad quality product

I bought a laptop 1 year 4 months ago. Battery stopped working. Now it only a works on a charger. What bad quality of you ask me as I managed to get to 5 years with my previous laptop. I'm so dissapointed, I wouldn't reccomend this service provider at all.
