Utterly disgusted in ASUS.

I bought an ASUS laptop model number N541SA-XX567T. This laptop is literally perthetic. This laptop cannot even handle working MS word and Excel. It keeps on not responding and taking forever to perform simple functions. it takes nearly 10 seconds to open a simple picture. it opens the program used to view pictures but is just black for like 10 seconds. changing between word programmes and excel is a nightmare, i keep getting non responding and tabs freezing etc. i have no other programmes on this laptop that could slow it down and nearly all my memory is free. I have the proper version of MS and everything. I am too scared to use this laptop for the purpose i bought it for, GIS. As a student saving up for a new laptop, who now struggles to use this machine for basic functions I am utterly disgusted. my cheap proline laptop i had before this, an entry level, out performed this ASUS by far. I wish i could. My cellphone even that is 6 years old out perfoms this laptop!. I will NEVER EVER, buy or recommend a ASUS machine top anyone again.
