Unhappy with the service

To whom it may concern

Three weeks ago I bought a refurbished Asus notebook from takealot when it arrived i realise I don't like the size so I return it for a bigger on unfortunately I was told since I opened they cannot take it back, which I accepted even I did not even use or switched it on. But all I am asking is to have it back since I paid it for it, I tried calling and emailing takealot service center but I am not receiving the help I need hopefully writing to directly will help me get my laptop which paid for back
