They don't fix tablets, they send it away!

Bought a ASUS windows tab last year. Drop it Monday morning (16th March). I took my tablet in to Local Net Monday to repair. Every where you look inside is asus posters. they do \support"in this brand. i spoke with a girl front desc and told me it takes three to five days for a quote! Not telling me that the device might leave the premises. I had very important work on there that i needed asap. I then phone the shop to tell them that i am coming to fetch my device(Thursday). I then got informed that my tablet is with ASUS in JHB in pieces... no quote no return!<br> so if you have any important work on a ASUS... through it away! (apple takes 1 hour to repair a broken screen for R600)"
