Terrible service by Asus and computer mania

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! The Asus laptop hinge broke within 3 months! The Computer mania store on somerset mall then said the mother board was faulty due to power surges, which we don't have due to living on a water line. We then took the computer to the independent assesors and they said the problem is with the poor quality of the hinges and a faulty motherboard to begin with! It has been 6 months and Asus refuses to fix the laptop as per the warranty!! Pathetic service by both Asus and Computer mania!! Don't buy Asus and don't buy at Computer mania! You will be really really sorry and very soon too! Computer mania does not stand up for the customer and to top it all, Asus is owend by the Guptas!
