Terrible service, borderline theft

Abysmal service. After weeks of not getting a waybill on my delivery and trying to navigate their terrible support. After their story changed 5 times, they determined that they sent my order to the wrong address in the wrong city altogether, even though my details were confirmed to be correct. They then had the audacity to tell me to wait while they retrieve the order and send it to me. An order that has been tampered with by an unknown person. I refused this and told them to send me a new product or refund my money. Now their support service is impossible to contact and i still have not received either my order or a refund. The most absurd service i have ever experienced.
