TERRIBLE customer service! I don't recommend Asus SA.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! I will never recommend them. I phone MULTIPLE times for an inquiry of the last 2 days and no-one answers the phone. I resorted to WhatsApp instead. The person was consistently online and not once bothered to after sending once again MULTIPLE messages. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing my laptop from another company which was an HP (I at least received good service from their sales team).
