Poor workmanship on expensive laptop

Motherboard died - had my touch screen 14" laptop of 18 months (so out of warrantee). paid close to R20K. when investigated realized most of the *****s holding the lpatop together were not tightened properly. some had come unstuck and were rolling around inside the case. spoke to ASUS but they wipe their hand of it.
