Planned Obsolescence is a ******** offense ASUS!

Bought a Flipbook (not cheap) 26 months ago...

Opened the Laptop the one morning and the *****s pushed through from BEHIND the screen. Sent the unit in for a quotation on repairs, and I was quoted over R5 000.00 for a new screen.

The unit is 26 months old (not even 2 months out of warranty)! When I received the quote for the repairs I was told it is "User Induced damage"!

How is intentional bad manufacturing and planned Obsolescence (THEIR *****s pushing through from BEHIND the screen), user Induced Damage?!

It is absurd and against the law to manufacture units like this, and then try to ****** money from clients when they have NO part in the damage!

I will take Asus to court if I have to - I am NOT accepting this, nor will I tolerate ********* and/or potential ******** activities from manufacturers! I am beyond LIVID!
