NO-CARE-ATTITUDE and very poor service

Its been a while since I last experienced such a no care attitude and terrible service. After explaining my problem in detail and made the technical person know that I am an IT manager so I'm not clueless, he still just copy and paste or send templates as responses. I'm convinced no one even read my mail and that all the "support" are actually auto-replies with templates and links to a self help portal.
