No after sales service

I am very disgusted with ASUS. I bought 2 7\ tablets. The one suddenly didn't want to charge any more. The tablet was still within the warranty period, so I took it back to the supplier. The supplier sent it in on my behalf to see whether ASUS would repair it under the warranty. The supplier struggled for almost 3 weeks to get any form of feedback from ASUS. Eventually ASUS didn't want to repair under the warranty. However, the manager of the supplier got them to repair the tablet under the warranty and they replaced the motherboard. Now I struggle with the touch screen, as it doesn't want to pick up when you touch a command on the screen or want to type. I will never deliberately buy another ASUS product again. IT'S ****!!! AND THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT!!!"
