Laptops hasn't worked properly since i bought it

Bought a laptop last year and it stopped working in a month, contacted them didn't respond and i ended up getting it fixed after a few weeks its start again it just shuts down, freezes. Honestly this is the worst laptop ever!!!!!please Asus sell proper laptops, i actually wasted money
