Hello ASUS<br> <br> I bought an i5 touchscreen Vivobook (the S550C I think) from a retailer in Somerset West. A little over a year later the laptop developed 'white pixels' on the screen and I returned it to the retailer (who I have an excellent relationship with), and they booked it into Ensure IT Services (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town. This was on 30 July 2015.<br> <br> THREE WEEKS passed and it was still not fixed (now late August). Reasons my retailer said Ensure IT told them: <br> -\Waiting for a replacement part to arrive"(I once ordered a smartphone from the UK and it took 3 DAYS to get here via courier"
