IMPOSSIBLE TO SIGN INTO ACCOUNT TO BUY COMPUTER

Want to buy another ASUS Computer - have an account but can't login. Impossible to change password to get into website if one can't remember the old password..... which is the reason for trying in the first place. Spent an hour going round and round with no number to phone....only for technical queries
