Horrible Customer Service.

I regret why I even did business with this company. Their appaling customer service is out of this world. I purchased a refurbished laptop, and I found it had some defects which were not disclosed prior to the sale. I logged a return online, 5 days later no response. I called in and was told to send an email because they can't see returns logged online, so much for a tech company. After sending the email, another 4 days goes by with no communication, then I followed up, only then did they log a call, literally 12 days after the initial request. I have to follow up every single day, no communication whatsoever from their side. No one knows what's happening. I am sitting without a laptop and without my money, 23 days after logging my return.
