Faulty R50k Top of the range Asus Laptop

I bought a brand new Asus ProArt Laptop for over R50 000 in 2023. I was super excited to open the box when it arrived, just to find out the screen does not turn on. Now remember, this is a brand new laptop, not secondhand, and I paid over R50 000.00. So very disappointed I called the distributer (Digital Generation) and Asus South Africa to state the problem. One would think that a faulty brand new Laptop will immediately be replaced and some sort of compensation would be given for the disappointment, but instead they told me the laptop will be picked up and sent away for repairs. Remember this Laptop is brand new, out of the box. So time went by and eventually after a couple of weeks I got the Laptop back, the screen worked. A couple of months later the Laptop started to freeze and give blue screens, even just during idle with no programs open. So I called Asus again and asked for a new laptop, instead they said it will go for repairs. They sent a courier that pitched unannounced and again I was without my laptop for another month. It came back wiped and I started from scratch, a couple of months later the same problem occurred again, so I called Asus to ask if they will replace the laptop as it was giving problems from day 1 ****erally), and they said they can not do that it needs to go in for repairs. Today I am without my laptop (because it is in for repairs again) and I am disgusted with the fact that I paid over R50 000 for a brand new laptop from Asus South Africa (Digital Generation) and never got to enjoy the feeling of a working brand new laptop.
