DO NOT BUY ASUS laptops

The worst laptop I've ever owned is a newer version of the previous version I had that only got damaged because I used an incompatible charger on it. With 16GB RAM and an Intel EVO GPU it stalls and glitches daily with just internet explorer open. I don't run half the memory heavy programs I used on my last laptop thanks to AI but it performs less. Really regret getting this piece of shii ASUS Zenbook. It crashes with no RAM heavy programs on and Intel EVO is supposed to be an upgrade of Intel ARC. What a joke.

Should've known cause they ******* me into getting it too. Presenting false features like 1TB hard drive when it was 512GB and when confronted they tell me I read the wrong part of the description. Just typing this review had the letters lagging.
