Brand new Asus laptop out of box failure

After a traumatic break inn my asus notebook was ******, after the insurance paid out I bought the ne ASUS notebook and left it in the sealed box at home as I went away, finally now starting to set up my laptop and realised there is no sound on the pc, asked my IT friend to take a look maybe the sound was put off, tested and nothing is working, NO SOUND, the HDMI ports don't work and there is a funny soft noise coming from the keybord, and a screen keeps popping up like there is something plugged into the earphone jack but there is not ITS A BRAND NEW LAPTOP wich was paid a lot of money for and now I sit with this and no help is offered, thre store smirkingly said they will send it away, I need my laptop fir work, waited a long time to get a new one back and now this, now I ask help from ASUS it self and see how long it will take for someone to assist me ASAP<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Le Roux
