Birthday loyalty voucher not honoured!

ASUS forwarded a Birthday voucher valid for a month. I could not add a single accessory item to my cart even though the BUY button is available. I've multiple ASUS devices and have owned numerous ASUS notebooks over the years. I am really not interested in any other form of loyalty bonus / compensation.

I'll take my business elsewhere.
