Bad service Asus

Bought a Asus laptop March 2024 for my grand daughter because she is home schooling. Now after 3 months is doesn't want to charge. Took it back to the place where I bought it and they cannot give me a replacement it needs to be send in for repairs. My grand daughter needs to do assignments during the holiday and it must be handed in when school starts after the holidays. We don't have any other laptops available for her to use. Can't get hold of Asus to explain to them my problem. Just bad service and I will never buy a Asus again and I will warn my family and friends not to buy a Asus laptop
