@ASUS WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND

I bought a refurbished demo laptop online on the 4 September 2023 and received the laptop on the 8 September 2023. The laptop was faulty and I wrote a email stating that and requested a refund on the 11 September 2023. I called asus call center on the 27 October 2023 and November 2023 they told me the laptop is in repairs but they will communicate with me regarding my refund and asked for proof of account but I have not received my rufund.
