Disappointed in the Quality – Not Worth the Price

I purchased an ASUS Vivobook less than three years ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The charger has already stopped working, the laptop overheats regularly, and the exterior is falling apart. The small pins that help lift the laptop have come off completely, which affects its ventilation even more.

For a laptop that was quite expensive, I expected much better durability and performance. It simply hasn’t met expectations. I took good care of it, yet it still hasn’t held up. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience — I would not recommend this model based on my experience.
