Asus Technical Support Customer service

I recently purchased a new Asus router, and have been experiencing difficulty setting up the router. My ISP requested I call ASUS customer care to help me resolve the issue as there was nothing they could do. I tried calling on a monday at 12:00, and they were on lunch( no one called me back). I tried again at 16:00, and no answer. I then attempted to call the next day at 11:00, and 15:00, and still no answer. Because of this terrible service, I have now decided to return this router and buy a router from a company that actually cares about its customer experience.
