Asus South Africa - No Support.

I purchased an Asus router and it would not connect to the ADSL signal. So I called the Asus service desk. Twice. Both times I was told they did not have the ability to help me and that I must send an Email to their support group. The rely could take up to 48 hours. Well, guess what. It's been well over two days now and no reply. I'm returning the equipment and replacing it with another brand.
