Asus Sells Laptops they know are not working

I bought a laptop ( model: X515F/i3/Ram: 4GB/ROM:1T) the laptop never worked,today on a recorded line the support technician confirmed the laptops were taken to the market knowing very well they are not going to work. Worst decision of my life!!! I do not even encourage anyone to get any ASUS product,I feel so defeated. This thing was expensive for crying out loud.
