Asus poor product

I bought a Asus laptop almost a year ago. From day one this laptop has been trouble. I have never seen so many not responding errors in my life before. It is terribly slow in loading applications even loading one application takes long and not without "Not resounding error". Resonantly i am unable to save files as it tells me first its "read only" and then it "cannot find the location" of the file. After i do a full restart it gives me the same errors. I think i had a PC twenty years ago that runs better than this one. Those are just a couple of the problems there are many more that i can describe but just had to outline a couple.It is really disappointing from Asus . The response i get from their technicians is that i must now take it to one of their services branches. In summary terribly poor product. Would not recommend it.
