ASUS Not supported in South Africa

Dear Asus CEO, your product is not supported in South Africa, I recently purchased a laptop i7, 8 Gig Ram etc etc. The reason I purchased the unit, is because the school my child goes to insisted on the ASUS brand. The device was defective on first start up, battery did not last and unit overheated. It was not swapped out but sent for repair. it has been at Pinnacle for 20 days, and still no sign of repair or refund or anything else. Why do you bother selling your products in South Africa, is it because you feel the public will accept poorly built equipment for high prices and will not complain, Shame on you. Exploiting the South African public, making profit and offering zero customer support in return. Please stop selling your poorly built product and zero support in South Africa
