After purchasing a Asus laptop from a separate company not involved with Asus. I had sent the laptop back the 4th time. After reaching out to Asus, Jessica reached out to me. Extremely concerned regarding the bad experience I have been having, she was extremely determined and went above and beyond to help me as best and as fast as she possibly could.
