Asus is one big ****

Asus is the worst make ever last year march 2017 I bought a asus vivobook a541s wich is said to have 4GB ram but when i got it it it was 2GB ram even tho I was paying for 4GB....and on the laptop task manager it shows there is only one of two DDR3 memory in use and the other one is open... So I paid R200 for nothing at incredible connection to upgrade my ram only to find out that it is onboard memory and there are no open slots. Now i am stuck with a computer witch is incapable of doing what I need to for my matric last year homeschooling this year and I cant afford a new laptop now THANKS ASUS!!!!!!!!!!
