ASUS After sales service is non existant
My daughter needed a tablet for high school. I decided to get a tier 1 and the best model that I could afford so that we would not have any problems with the device. The ASUS Zenpad was recommended. When the 3 month old ASUS stopped working. Asus website out of date, run around to find technicians. Eventually found Ensure. Told them that the repair was very urgent and that they should please note that the job should be expedited. My daughter needed the text books for exams. When I called to follow up on the 26th the job had not even been started yet. I was told that the repair it would take 4/5 working days. Now on the 4th March I am told that the part is only being shipped today! An ETA cannot be given. I am sure that ASUS does not think that a child's access to textbooks and work are of importance when they are writing exams. But is it very important to the child, her parents and the school. The text book licences are allocated to the device and cannot be transferred. Teacher's notes, time tables and fixtures are pushed to the tablet on a daily basis. The first term will be over before she can use her tablet again
