Absolutely impossible to talk to anyone at this company. Every extension is either "broken", rings forever, or in the case of #9 - reception - it says "sorry you have dialed the wrong extension.

Sad because they're good products but VERY risky to buy and depend on Asus SA to "be there" when needed.
