Their property gates damaged my car

This company together with e management of Phoenix regent estate, from February till this day none of them has came back to me on feedback of the damage they caused to my car . They even have the courage to go upgrade their gates to prevent further damage but nothing was done at my end even a mere apology. I think is the type of treatment they give to other too
