The Management Agent opted for a hybrid AGM, however, the counting of the votes was only visible from the online participants and those who attended face to face could only be verified by the chairperson
The Management Agent opted for a hybrid AGM, however, the counting of the votes was only visible from the online participants and those who attended face to face could only be verified by the chairperson. Such polls are not credible. Secondly a 100% levy was charged for water and this was not voted for during the meeting, only a 10% levy increase was proposed. When I asked for clarity on the matter of 100% water increase, I did not get a response. The chairperson being the portfolio manager was selective in reading and answering the chat.

- Levy Clarification – Our records reflect that only a 10% levy increase was proposed during the meeting. The mention of a 100% water levy charge is concerning and we’re currently investigating this discrepancy with urgency. You will receive formal communication with clarity on this matter shortly.
