The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic communication from this managing agent is beyond frustrating. They are slow to respond—if they respond at all—and show little to no concern for residents’ issues. Dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.It’s disheartening to see such poor management and lack of integrity. The Body Corporate should be acting in the best interests of residents.

Over the past 2 years no AGM has been held and the Property Specialist- Tania Nicklaus keeps giving vague answers when asked about it. Currently we are sitting with no electricity and are told that they did not know that the electricity would be off as she does not work at the municipality. Her arrogance when you want answers make it as if we do not pay our levies.

We get little to no communication from the management and when you do call in they are never available to take the call or tell you that communication was passed down to the Trustees.
